Findeln
Findeln is an idyllic hamlet high above Zermatt. The views of the surrounding mountain landscape and the majestic Matterhorn are breathtaking. This plateau can be reached either by taking the Sunnegga funicular followed by a short walk downhill, or by hiking uphill on the trails from Zermatt.
Both in summer and in winter, the plateau is a popular destination for its excellent cuisine, and is located on a well-developed network of hiking trails and ski slopes. Findeln is a place bursting with photo opportunities, and one that resonates with its own power – in short, it is the most beautiful high alpine hamlet in the world. Come and see for yourself.
